These Terms of Service govern your use of elsket.com.au (the "Website") and the purchase of products from elsket. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Us
elsket is a handmade jewellery brand based in Brisbane, Australia. All pieces are designed and made by hand by Eva.
Products
Every piece sold through elsket is handmade to order. Because our materials include natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, and other natural components, every piece is unique. The exact tone of stones, the shape of pearls, and small variations in bead alignment are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.
Product photos are representative. Your piece will follow the design and length shown but may vary slightly in natural appearance.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout based on destination.
Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (Australia only). Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
Made to Order Production
Each piece is made by hand after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for change of mind.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including images, text, designs, logos, and the elsket brand, is the intellectual property of elsket and protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without our written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Website, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or related systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, elsket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website or any product purchased.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
