Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order in Brisbane and ship within 1 to 2 business days of order placement.

Domestic Australia
Standard shipping: $10 AUD, 3 to 5 business days
Express shipping: $15 AUD, 1 to 2 business days

International
New Zealand: $18 AUD, 5 to 8 business days
United States: $30 AUD, 5 to 10 business days
Canada: $35 AUD, 5 to 12 business days

All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Customers
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of dispatch (Australia) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at hello@elsket.com.au and we will investigate with Australia Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@elsket.com.au.

Address Changes
We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

Pickup
Local pickup is not currently offered. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
